CLOUD-6999 was born on July 8, 2011. He had a promising childhood, being favored by 7602 voters. But before he could be delivered to the Confluence customers and delight them, he was abandoned by several Assignees. CLOUD-6999 was passed over by so many assignees that it's hard to keep track of their names. But he, and all the customers who supported him, never gave up hope. At the age of thirteen, he was abandoned by the jira website he'd been living on until one day, his ugly, two-subdomain self was abandoned by his last assignee, who, without an ounce of shame, changed his Resolution to Fixed and set his Status to Closed, ending his cursed life with his ugly, two-subdomain self intact.

I love confluence, and I love CLOUD-6999. Even though he was abandoned in such an ugly way by his assignees, we will not give up and we will remember him and the various assignees who made him this way. I hope he is happy there, along with countless other Jira tickets whose status was wrongly changed to Closed. I also fervently hope that his cursed brother, CLOUD-11811, will not meet the same fate as him, and I pray with him and all of you who are gathered here in his honor.

This page was created as a tribute to CLOUD-6999 in honor of his passing, but since I’m not using the cursed two-level subdomain, you can't edit or comment on the page. If you have a link that should appear on this page, a page to add, or any other message, please send it to [email protected]. Thank you.
